Milk Mustaches on Students, School Board at Rogers Middle

As a part of the Fuel Up to Play 60 program at Rogers Middle School, students got their photos taken with milk mustaches and devised slogans to encourage fitness and nutrition.

Last week students and teachers at showed off milk mustaches at a lunchtime photo booth and submitted slogans encouraging students to eat healthy and exercise.

The booth was one of several 'plays' devised by Rogers nurse Kathy Beezley, . Other parts of the program include exercise after school with Nintendo Wii games and a late, light breakfast for students who arrive at school without having eaten.

Beezley said that she received a call Monday from the NFL office. They have heard about her Wii fitness program and said they will be sending some free Wii football games for the school's collection.
