They are a record of police actions taken on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. If you or a family member are charged or cited and the case is subsequently adjudicated, we encourage you to notify the editor. We will verify and report the outcome.

There's something genetically very wrong at the Waters' household.

Nice little trio of young thieves, but seriously, Brandon Lulo 17? That kid looks 12. Needless to say, that's about the development stage of his mind.

Zachary Martin couldn't be happier after beating his grandfather. What a little puke and he's got his whole life in front of him to wreak more havoc on the public.

John Daily, Terrell Moore and Philip Monroe. Some say there is a God. If these are his creations, I have serious doubts about his qualifications for the job.

Crystal honey, if you're going to pawn off forged checks once a day, it's a good idea to vary the routine. But I suppose it looked like a steady gig. We should be thankful most of these pictured here have room temperature IQ's at best. The bad part is they walk among us.

I hope everyone who views these photos see that the criminal element comes in a variety of ages, sex, and ethnic heritage. The criminal could be a neighbor or friend, don't be close minded. Bad guys flourish in communities and around people that either look the other way or refuse to take part in the safety of their community .

There is nothing funny about any of this! It is sad and tragic as all of those who visit this thread will realize how sad and troubling it is when you become a victim of one of these criminals or others like them. Yuk it up Stephen D but you may not be so cavalier when you come face to face with one of these dregs of our society and when you are not safely behind your keyboard.

Fred -- I love the comments made by Stephen. This is the new way to try to shame these losers, kind of like putting them into the town square and imbarrasing them in front of everyone. They are sick folks and it saddens and scares me that they are walking among us as I'm sure it does for Stephen too or he wouldn't be so passionate with this comments. Maybe he has been a victim of a crime -- everyone has their own way of dealing with the situation.

Nancy P how do you do it. Right on all counts? You must be clairvoyant! I doubt any one who has been a victim of these kind of dregs could be so loose and free with his comments. I realize it is near impossible for commenters attitude ring true through the use of text. Only a few such as Bill McClellan can pull off satire, hate, anger, comedy in the written word and Stephen D is no McClellan! Not loving it Dude. If we want to "em barr ass" the criminals there is a better way. Actually drag them out to the town square and put them in stocks for a week like the good old days and Stephen D can throw rotten food at them! Now that would be funny, no?

Doubt what you will Fred. I have fun making comments on these losers and you have fun insulting me. Condescending, arrogant windbags like you are so boring. However, just to set the record straight I have been a victim of serious violent crime so I feel utterly free to play with these characters as I will. Now crawl back under your hole.

We are all happy that you are having fun with your comments at the expense of these "losers" ! I feel very sad for you. I can only hope this is good therapy for you. I understand your pathetic circumstance! :)

Well Chris I had to look that one up but as I suspected it was a made up word or possibly misspelled or some sort of medical term: carotenosis
The word you've entered isn't in the dictionary. Click on a spelling suggestion below or try again using the search bar above.
I suggest you try again and use something that most of these commenters can understand! We are but common folk here Ya'll!
