Neighbor Charged with Burglarizing Affton Apartment

Two laptops were stolen in two separate burglaries, police said.

 

An Affton man was charged Thursday for stealing two laptops in two burglaries from his neighbor’s apartment.

Edin Crnovic, 28, of the 8900 block of New Hampshire, was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of stealing. Crnovic lives the same building where the burglaries occurred.

St. Louis County Police said in a report that Crnovic entered the apartment between 6 and 11 a.m. June 15 and took a laptop computer. Between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. June 18, he went into the same apartment and stole another laptop, police said.

Bond was set at $15,000.
