What Happened to the Sign?
The "Welcome to Affton" sign on Weber Road should be fixed by Wednesday.
The wooden "Welcome to Affton" sign on Weber Road was damaged recently. The sign, which faces southeast across from Kenrick Meat Market near the intersection of Weber and Union Road, is maintained by the Affton Chamber of Commerce.
Chamber director Joan Edleson speculated that the damage might have been caused by a car. She said the sign will be fixed Tuesday.
If you saw what happened to the sign, let us know in the comments.

I just paid $22.87 for an iPad2-64GB and my girlfriend loves her Panasonic Lumix GF 1 Camera that we got for $38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $675 which only cost me $62.81 to buy. Here is the website we use to get it all from, [T-a-g-C-e-n-t] . [c-o-m]

Looks like the undisciplined children of the Weber/Gravois area have been to that area as well. They destroy street signs and others' property and break in cars to steal sunglasses and important stuff.
