Do you ever feel like you can't possibly keep up with the latest information in the medical field?
Do you ever wish your doctor had enough time to answer all of your questions?
Why not stop by the St. George Parish Hall next Saturday, September 8 for a FREE Health Fair, hosted by the Affton Christian Food Pantry, and sponsored by St. Anthony's Charitable Foundation Physician Ambassadors?
Building on the success of their first Health Fair last fall, the Affton Christian Food Pantry has expanded this year's fair to include information on the following topics:
- Back Care
- Asthma Control
- Home Safety
- Drug & Alcohol Abuse
- And much more!
Nurses from St. Anthony's will be on hand for blood pressure checks, blood sugar tests, and flu shots (while supplies last!).
The SLU Nutrition & Dietetic Department will present healthy cooking demonstrations and will offer healthy recipes for you to take home and try!
This event, which is made possible by a grant from the St. Anthony's Physician Ambassadors, is free to all and open to the public. Bring your family, get your questions answered, and enjoy a healthy snack!
Saturday, September 8 from 9am-12noon at 4960 Heege Rd (St George Parish Hall) in Affton.
