The next Affton Chamber of Commerce membership luncheon meeting will be on Thursday, September 13, 2012. Doors open at 11 a.m. with check in at 11:30
a.m. and lunch at Noon; reservations are required.  The meeting cost is $15.00 for chamber members and $20.00 prepaid for non-members (call regarding prepayment).

The program will be a Candidate Forum with invitations issued to local candidates. The following will be in attendance:
Candidate for 2^nd District, U.S. Congress, Glenn Koenen-D; Candidate for State Senate, 1^st District, Jim Lembke-R Incumbent; Candidate for 92^nd State Representative, Al Faulstich-R; Candidate for 93^rd State Representative, Tony Leech-R; Candidate for 94^th State Representative, Vicki Englund-D; Candidate for 6^th District County Council, Tony Pousosa-R; and Candidate for 6^th District County Council, Steve Stenger-D-Incumbent. Several current State Representatives have the Governor’s veto
session the previous day and may not be finished in time to be present. Each candidate received two questions for their prepared response and there will be time for Q&A.
