Mildred (nee Perkins) Daniel died Tuesday, July 24, 2012. Beloved wife of the late John W. Dorothy (nee Schlueter) Hoag, 04/25/1923, died peacefully Mon. 07/23/2012 in San Rafael, CA. Loving wife of the late Edward Hoag, mother of Nancy Gallagher of Novato, CA, cherished grandmother of Janine Flynn, and adoring great-grandmother of Chloe Lank Flynn, and beloved mother-in-law of Brigitte Lank, all of San Rafael, CA. She was also a loving and cherished daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin, and friend of so many. Services: Funeral mass on Sat. Mary Grace (nee Pollvogt) Hogan fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church Wednesday, July 25, 2012. Beloved wife of Joseph P. Carol A. (nee Dolan) Krobath died fortified with the  Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Thursday, July 26, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Paul R. Krobath; loving mother of  Christine (Paul) Mataya, Paul (Eryn), David (Katie), Michael  (Nicole) and Laurie (Tony)  Altobella, proud grandmother of 20; sister of Jerry (Shirley) Dolan and the late Susan (survived by Gene) Mariani; our dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to  many. Services: Funeral from  KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois,  Monday, July 30, 9:45 a.m. to Seven Holy Founders Catholic Church for a 10 a.m. Mass.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Paraska Marie "Pat" (nee Hygyscian) Leahy passed from this life to the next on Friday, July 27, 2012. Beloved mother of Kathleen Leahy Etling (Robert) and Edward G. "Glenn" Leahy (Nancy). Loving grandmother of Julie Etling Ply (Rick), Sarah Leahy Dore (Chris), and Rachael Leahy. Beloved great-grandmother of Shelby Ply. Pat was born on Oct. 6, 1918 in Northampton, PA. She graduated, with honors, as an R.N. from Easton (PA) Hospital School of Nursing, and shortly thereafter chose to serve her country by enlisting in the U.S. Army during World War II. She was stationed at  Tripler Army Hospital, in Honolulu, Hawaii, with a rank of Second Lieutenant. She later met Edward G. Leahy, Sr. in Honolulu and they married there at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace. The couple divorced in 1966 after 23 years of marriage. Pat was a loving, generous woman whose greatest joy in life was being with her family, particularly her beloved granddaughters and great-granddaughter. She also enjoyed travel, eating out, and donating to the poor. She will be missed more than she could possibly have imagined. Services: Funeral from KUTIS  AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Monday, July 30, 9am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Masses preferred. Visitation Sunday 5-8pm.


Wilma I. (nee Kyle) Luster died Thurs., July 26, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Frank Luster; dear mother of Diana (Bob) Bradley, Doris (Raymond) Davis, Linda (David) Hanson, Alan (Mary) Luster, Dale (Donna)  Luster and the late Connie Kay and Bradley Steven; our dear grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255  Lemay Ferry Rd. Tuesday, July 31, 10 a.m. Interment National  Cemetery. Wilma was a volunteer at Feed My People for 23 years and a member of Christian Fellowship Church. Visitation Monday 3-9 p.m.


Edward J. Noto, baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, died on Thurs., July 26, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Agnes Noto (nee Rocco); dear father of Marilyn (Jeff) Johnson and Karen Ott (Jim Mayer); dear grandfather of Jennifer (Joe) Vinyard, Matthew (Kelly) Schumacher, David Ott and Lindsey Ott; dear great-grandfather to Sara, Isabelle and Brady; our dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Mon., July 30, 9:30am to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Church for 10am Mass. Michael A. Olive, Jr. fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Thursday, July 26, 2012. Beloved husband of Tracy M. Olive (nee Schneiders); loving  father of Andrew James and  Michael Albert Olive III; dear son of Maureen and the late Michael A. Munnie Lohman "Marian" Pacino died Tues, July 24, 2012. She was the loving wife of  David; mother of Nicole, step-mother of Keith, Dana and  Anthony; daughter of Carol and the late Walter Lohman; sister of Berta James; grandmother of Nicholas and Anthony Barlett, John and Annaka Pacino and  Bella Pacino; aunt of Sarah Cantu and Ted James. Munnie was an avid participant in volunteer organizations particularly relating to children's health and well being. She was a member of the Junior League of St. Louis for 39 years where she served on several committees and held many leadership positions. She also won numerous awards for her community service and volunteerism including recently receiving the Drue Webster Volunteer Service Award in 2012. Services: Memorial Service Saturday, July 28, 10 a.m. at St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church (615 Dunn Rd.) In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Junior League of St. Louis in Munnie's honor. Service of KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL.


Anna (nee Stecko) Pasternak, died Thurs., July 26, 2012. Baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection. Dear wife of the late Stefan Pasternak; dear mother of John (Joy) Pasternak and the late Rose LaValle; dear grandmother of Steve (Anna) LaValle, Renee Huck, Jill (Steve) Hudson, Jeff (Christine) Pasternak, Justin

Winona K. Russo died Tuesday, July 24, 2012. Preceded in death by husband Joseph and son Raymond; loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. No Services.

Arthur C. Schierhoff, baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012.  Beloved husband of the late Marie T. Schierhoff (nee  Tacchi); loving father of Art Schierhoff; dear brother of Therese (the late William) Shaffer and the late Bishop Andrew Schierhoff and Larry (Betty) Schierhoff; dear uncle, great  uncle, cousin and friend. Services: Funeral from KUTIS  AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Monday, July 30, 9:30am to Our Lady of Providence Catholic Church for 10am Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials to Little Sisters of the Poor appreciated. Visitation Sunday 3-8pm.

Penelope "Betty" (nee Katsareas) Terss passed from death through to life on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at St. Anthony's Medical Center following complications from surgery. Mrs. Terss was preceded in death by her husband Taso T. Terss; beloved mother of Rev. Dr. Konstantinos (Diann)  Terzopoulos of Aegina Island, Greece and  Vasilika (Michael) Tsichlis of Crestwood, MO; dear grandmother of Maria Terzopoulou and George Tsichlis; sister of Antonia Dragonea and the late John and Pierre  Katsareas. Mrs. Terss was born in St. Louis and at age 3 she and her family went to live in Langada near Kalamata, Greece. She lived through the German occupation of Greece during WWII and returned to the United States in 1946 after the outset of the Greek Civil War. She settled in St. Louis where she taught Greek school at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church for many years. Mrs. Terss also operated a monogramming business for many years out of her home in St. Louis Hills. She was a  beloved mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, family member and friend. She will be missed by many. Services: Visitation will be Friday, July 27 from 4-8pm at KUTIS  AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois. Trisagion will begin at 7pm.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 28 at 10am at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 4967 Forest Park Ave, St. Louis. Interment will follow at St. Mathew Cemetery at 4360 Bates Ave in south St. Louis. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Psaltiki, an organization for the advancement of  Byzantine Chant, PO Box 149161, Orlando, FL 32814-9161 (www.psaltiki.org) or to the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church general fund.
