Affton Woman's Business: Stitches Customized 'Therapy' Purses
Her first was a Cardinals purse for herself. Some are made to be keepsakes.
An Affton woman who made her own St. Louis Cardinals purse, recognized others might like personalized bags too, and went into business.
Purse Therapy By Gina is the result. Gina Baldwin makes customized strip-quilted purses from clothing.
Baldwin, 52, was the youngest of seven children growing up, and her older siblings encouraged her creativity. She said her Grandma Mary was "an exceptional, multitalented crafter," according to an article in the St. Louis Post Dispatch.

Some of her purses have a special purpose, the Post Dispatch reports.
