Cost: $30 per flu shot; $3 is donated back to Eden United Church of Christ!


 Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted. You will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. There is no out of pocket cost if you have Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid.
