Philip D. Bamberger, Jr., baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, died suddenly, Sunday, September 16, 2012. Beloved son of Philip Sr. and Marlo Bamberger (nee Wood); dear brother of Bevin (Dave) Packman, Bridgid (Rob) LaMear, Brianne (Tyler) Breed, Blaise (Bryan) Spiteri and the late  Matthew Bamberger; dear grandson of L.K. Wood, Shirley Deatherage and the late Philip and Mary Bamberger; our dear Uncle, Godfather, nephew, cousin and friend.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS  AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Thursday, September 20, 10am to St. Paul Catholic Church (Fenton, MO) for 10:30am Mass. Interment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions appreciated to Autism Speaks. Visitation Wednesday 4-8pm.

Harold W. Blackwell died Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Beloved husband of Wieslawa Blackwell (nee Rembecka) and the late Charline Blackwell (nee Ling); loving father of Sandi (Bob) Wilkins, David (Sharon) Blackwell, Debbie (the late Norma) Rickermann, Jola Cichowska, Billy Cichowski and the late Susan Hamilton and Richard Blackwell; dear grandfather of 10; dear great-grandfather of 7; dear brother of Shirley (Cecil) Ayers and the late Helen Borick; dear uncle and friend.

Lorenz J. "Larry" Cox fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, died Sunday, September 16, 2012. Dear husband of the late  Genevieve Cox (nee Haas); loving brother of the late Dorris Scanlan,  Charles Kenneth (surviving Gladys), Robert (surviving Jean) Cox and Esther Hasmer; dear uncle, great-uncle and friend to many. Mr. Cox was a supervisor at Union Electric.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois,  Saturday, September 22, 10 a.m. until time of service at 12 noon. Private interment at National Cemetery. Memorials to  Alzheimer's Association  appreciated.

Jacqueline R. Meier (nee Schmaltz), fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, died Monday, September 17, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Oliver Meier; dear mother of Scott (Susan) Meier and Christine (Michael) Cross; dear grand-mother of Katie, Jackie and Jeffrey; dear aunt of Carolyn Salmonowicz and Anne (Lyndon) Brush; our dear great aunt, friend and best friend of Angel. Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, Monday, Sept. 24, 9:30 am to St. Mark Church, for 10 am Mass. Marie E. Rangel (nee Mayer) born March 29, 1924, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Marie and John Mayer. She is survived by her son, Ernest (Linda) Rangel, Jr. of Fort Worth Texas, a daughter, Lydia "Bunny" Liebroth of Hot Springs, AR, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, a brother, Joseph Mayer of Leesburg, FL, nieces and other family members and friends. Mrs. Rangel worked at Famous Barr as a Hostess and Clerical with the restaurant division and then as Assistant Buyer with the Bakery, Candy and Gourmet  department. She retired in 1987 after 28 ½ years of service. Mrs. Rangel has resided in the St. Louis area for over 35 years where she passed away. Services: Memorial Service will be held at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd.  Saturday, September 
22 at 2 pm.

Daniel Kristopher Schmittgens, baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, died Sunday, September 16, 2012. Beloved son of Kris and Kim (nee Reinhold) Schmittgens; dear brother of Annabelle Schmittgens; loving grandson of Greg and Judy (nee Wilke) Schmittgens and Fred and Mary (nee Jockish) Reinhold; great grandson of Leo and Mary Carol Schmittgens, Mike and Arline Wilke, John "Peanuts" and the late Jackie Reinhold, Dorothy and the late Carl Jockish, Sr.; our dear nephew of Jason, Jenna and Sasha Schmittgens, Carrie (P.J.) Zora Antonia Stippec (nee Mazar), loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend, passed away at the age of 89, on Monday, September 17, 2012. Dear wife of the late Gregory Stippec Sr., loving mother of Marguerite (William) Berner, Constance (Edward) Knoll, Paula (Dean) Burgess, Pamela Casey (the late John), Gregory Stippec Jr., Daniel (Patty) Stippec, Antoinette (Jeff) Moellenhoff; dearest grandmother of sixteen and great-grandmother of seven. Longtime member of Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge 50. Special thanks to the staff of Bethesda Southgate for caring for Mom these past fourteen months.
