10 Mile House Has New Owners and New Name

The newly named Clubhouse Bar and Grill, in Affton, is set to open next month.

An Affton tradition, unchanged since 1872, is changing.

The Ten Mile House, at 9420 Gravois Road, has new owners and is becoming the Clubhouse Bar and Grill.

"It was the Ten Mile House forever," new co-owner Tim Bryan said. He bought the restaurant with his wife. "We're starting from scratch, going to change everything out. I think it’s going to be a huge success."
