An employee at Renditions Salon, next to the former Sappington Farmers Market, said she knows asbestos is being removed from the space because she used to smoke behind the building, and now she's been pushed to a picnic table in the front.

The Renditions employee said they've heard rumors the space will be split in two, and a Dollar Tree will occupy one of the halves. Also, that the whole mall will get face-lift.
Previously, a representative of Sachs Liermann Realty Group said, "Nope, can't do that," when asked if he could say what plans are for the space.
