Comments: There were no paper towels at the hand sink, racks not present or not working—corrected while present. Found leftover food not being reheated to 165 F before placing in hot hold. Found food stock and single service stock stored with chemicals above. Tested multiple containers all had 100ppm chlorine. No scoop for chips or ice units. Clean walls by dish machine area were full of grease. Missing light shields and end caps on basement kitchen lights—corrected while present.
