Patch examined inspection reports in Mehlville, Oakville and Affton from Mar. 14 until Mar. 19. Information has been compiled using publicly available data published to the website of the St. Louis County Health Department.

Lost records for hot hold/time-temp as a control. Hep A information is incomplete and needs to be updated. Moist cloth stored on the counter needs to be stored in sanitizer. Follow up comments said only that the manager took the class on Mar. 21.

Comments: No food protection certification. Mislabeled spray bottle needs label of correct product. Hep A information is incomplete and needs to be updated. Food stored on the floor needs to be up six inches. Dirty shelving needs to be cleaned. Worn rice pans need to be replaced. Missing cover-base by walk-ins needs to be replaced. Missing light shield needs to be replaced in the walk-in freezer.
