Comments: The person in charge during the inspection did not possess a valid food protection certification. The basement doorgap needs to be sealed to keep out vermin. The system for holding potentially hazardous foods held beyon 24 hours needs to have correct date markings. Food in the walk-in coolers needs to be covered and organized correctly. Food needs to be stored above the floor. Wiping cloths need to be kept in the sanitizer bucket, not around the restaurant, to reduce bacteria growth. The walk-in fan grates are full of a black, dust-like substance. Large, one-inch chunks of broken glass and food debris were found on the bottom of the bar glass chiller. The trashcan in the bathroom needs a lid. The The walk-in cooler in the basement needs to have the floor resealed. These items should be corrected by Dec. 27.

Comments: The restaurant is in the process of repairing the backdoor which has a gap in the bottom, ordering a new cutting board and replacing damaged tiles in the kitchen after a previous health inspetion.
