Comments: This visit was the result of a follow up from March 29 where no one on duty had food protection certification and the prep table did not maintain a temperature of 41 degrees or below. Also there was debris on the floors. All items were corrected but broken thermometers still need to be replaced.

Comments: No one with food protection certification was on duty. Meatball temperatures were 119 degrees and need to be 135 or above. Napkins were being stored under the hand sink; no food-related items can be stored under plumbing. The restaurant also had cracked food containers and dirty floors.

Comments: Cracked plastic food containers and the employee restroom door need to be repaired.
