Shrewsbury Lanes on Schedule for Repening

The new owners bought the lanes the night before the court-ordered auction.

A new roof, awnings, parking lot and dropped ceiling are in the works at Shrewsbury Lanes.

New co-owner Brad Pollard was there on Wednesday as contractors were working on the roof and awnings. Heather Pardo is his business partner.

Pollard said they’re still looking at reopening mid-October. He said the contractors are falling in line and all the permits are in the flow chart.

They plan to repaint some of the interior, install arcade games and make sure all the lanes are working before they open.

“It’s going to be a hectic three weeks or so, but it’s possible,” he said.
