Webster-Shrewsbury Chamber of Commerce Names New President

Rebecca Olson brings years of experience to the position.

Rebecca Olson has been named president and chief executive officer of the Webster Groves-Shrewsbury Area Chamber of Commerce.

She was a member of the chamber for 18 months, representing Service Noodle, a Missouri-based Internet marketing company. The Webster Groves native has 10 years of business-to-business sales experience, a retail background and has owned her own business.

"I've worn lots of hats," Olson said. "I'm grateful to be selected as president."

In her new full-time position, she will help organize annual and monthly events and promote community within Webster Groves, Shrewsbury and Rock Hill - the three areas the chamber serves.

Olson replaces interim president Sarah Moore, who left to pursue a graduate degree.
