Local development expert Ashley Casan Holmes is joining The Rome Group consulting firm on May 1 as an Associate. In her new role, she will assist the firm’s clients with development audits, capital campaigns and strategic planning.
Casan Holmes most recently served as Director of Development with Meds & Food for Kids, where she led efforts to grow annual revenues by 71 percent. Previously she worked on the staff of Beyond Housing, helping to conducts needs assessments and developing capacity building strategies related to that organization’s 24:1 collective impact initiative. She also served as an Event Coordinator for the National Conference for Community and Justice.

Casan Holmes is a 2012 graduate of the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. She also holds a B.A. in Religious Studies and Philosophy from the University of Arizona. In 2010, she received a certificate in Nonprofit Management from LaSalle University’s School of Business in Philadelphia, PA.
