Watch: Flood Waters Threaten Grant Road Bridge

Though no significant damage was reported, the rain and storms that swept through the area last Saturday did bring some intense conditions to Affton's streets and streams.

This week posted a video on Youtube of the swollen Gravois Creek. The waters got so high that they threatened to overtake bridge at Grant Road.

Patch reader uploaded a photo to our Neighborhood Gallery of a car splashing through flood water at the intersection of Heege Road and Birkenhead Drive.
