Flu Shots at Seven Holy Founders Church
Cost: $30 per flu shot; $3 is donated back to the Church! Cash, Visa, MC and check will be accepted. You will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. There is no out of pocket cost if you have Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid.
