Flu Shot Clinic & Fundraiser at Our Lady of Providence Parish Picnic

Lynn Schmittgens, R.Ph. from the Affton Medicine Shoppe will be at Our Lady of Providence to provide flu shots during the Parish Picnic on Saturday, Oct. 12th starting at 2 pm! 

This flu shot clinic:

1. Saves you a trip to the doctor, and possibly a co-pay.
2. Keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere.
3. Donates $3 for every flu shot given back to Our Lady of Providence!

Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot. Make sure to bring your insurance card and/or Medicare card. There is no out-of-pocket cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid. Cost per shot for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
