Flu Shot Clinic & Fundraiser for Seven Holy Founders Catholic Church!

Lynn Schmittgens, R.Ph. from the Affton Medicine Shoppe will be at Seven Holy Founders' Parish Hall to provide flu shots on Sunday, Oct. 13th from 10:45 am - 12:30 pm. 

This flu shot clinic:

1. Saves you a trip to the doctor, and possibly a co-pay.
2. Keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere.
3. Donates $3 for every flu shot given back to Seven Holy Founders!

Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot. Make sure to bring your insurance card and/or Medicare card. There is no out-of-pocket cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid. Cost per shot for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
