Lynn Schmittgens, R.Ph. from the Affton Medicine Shoppe will be at the St. Louis Activity Center to provide flu shots for seniors and their families on Monday, Oct. 7th from 10 am - 11 am. This flu shot clinic saves you a trip to the doctor - and possibly a co-pay! - and keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere.
Make sure to bring your insurance card and/or Medicare card. There is no out-of-pocket cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid. Cost per shot for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot.
