Affton's "Christmas House" Aiming for ABC This Year
The Dolan family takes donations and helps out needy families in the Affton School District each year.
The Dolan family has been going overboard decorating their house for Christmas for 25 years.
They’ve entered the Patch decorating contest each year, and this year plan to notch it up. They hope to be featured on an ABC Family show about Christmas lights.

Pat Dolan says it takes him 60 hours to put up the display each year. After they moved into a larger house eight years ago, Dolan even bought an extra property with a garage to store it all.
"Why settle for average when you can go over the top?" Dolan says.
