RMS celebrates Back to Football Friday and the St. Louis Rams!!

Last Friday staff and students enjoyed our yearly Back to Football Friday celebration in a BIG way!!  Teachers were able to incorporate football into their daily lessons and students had great fun with many special activities. PreAlgebra students performed "Divisibility Dance"; Science classes discussed the influence of Science and Technology in sports; Life Skills classes made football snacks; Health classes discussed goal setting and character; Communication Arts classes read football books; sixth grade Math classes used football lessons from the NFL website; Language Arts classes formed their own teams including colors, jerseys and mascots. 

Decorations were prepared by Art classes and FUTP 60 students and were hung throughout the school.  Again this year our homeroom competition was put into place with students competing for an ice cream party.   

At the end of the day RMS drummers performed while St. Louis Rams clad students were led out front for an all school photo!!
