Beware of Computer Scam

If someone calls you and says they are from Microsoft Technical Support and they want to help you fix a serious problem on your computer -- HANG UP!  It is a scam.  They tell you to type things on your computer that give them remote access to your computer.  Once they have that, they tell you your have virus and want to charge you for fixing it.  See this article for more details.  http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx
