Lindbergh Boulevard Welcomes A Little Bit of Italy

Joey B's plans to make a splash with its new location this March in Concord Plaza.

After having two successful locations and a large band of followers, Joey B’s is coming to Concord Plaza this March for what has the makings to be yet another prosperous endeavor. Soon to be located at 189 Concord Plaza Shopping Center, Joey B’s will continue to offer the delicious Italian fare it is known for, along with great service and an exciting environment.

Greg Hard, GM of Joey B’s and South County local, is very optimistic about this new venture and thinks Joey B’s will thrive in the Concord location. “Joey B’s is great on the Hill and the Landing. We have wonderful employees who have knocked the public out with the service and we decided to parlay that into another opening,” said Hard.

Hard said that his partners were great at scouting the location and saw this as the perfect opportunity for a new endeavor. Having grown up in South County, Hard knows that the large intersection of Lindbergh and Baptist Church will help to make this new restaurant a terrific, and hopefully frequent, hot spot for all the locals.

While an official open date has not been set, Hard said the restaurant is already working on how they can make a difference in the area. “While we don’t have any grand opening  plans yet, we will be partnering with charities in the area to hopefully make a positive impact on the community and get off on the right foot here,” said Hard.

As for the delicious grub the restaurant will be offering, the menu in the Concord location will be the same as the food and drink at the Hill location, offering a wide variety of Italian dishes like pizza and pasta, along with a huge selection of sandwiches and burgers. In fact, Joey B’s is currently in the running for the St. Louis Magazine Best Burger in St. Louis competition. Going head to head with Blueberry Hill, Hard is hoping his burgers will prevail.

Best of all, the new location is slightly larger than the location on the Hill. The same designer who designed the Hill location is currently working on the Concord restaurant to provide the upbeat and edgy vibe that Concord Plaza needs.

Stay tuned for grand opening plans, as this restaurant is sure to take Concord Plaza by storm.

Expected Hours for Concord Plaza Location: Monday - Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for dinner with bar open until 1:30 a.m. Friday-Saturday, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. for dinner with bar open until 1:30 a.m. Sunday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with bar open until Midnight
