Affton Police, Mehlville Fire Face Off in Tornado Charity Hoops

Held at Lindbergh High School, the event benefits the victims of the New Year's Eve tornado that destroyed homes in Sunset Hills.

The Tornado Assistance Fund Final Four Benefit Basketball Tournament tips off at 6 p.m. Tuesday (March 22) in Gym 3 at Lindbergh High School. 

The first game features police officers teaming up from the Sunset Hills Police Department and the Affton precinct of the St. Louis County Police to do battle on the court against firefighters from the . 

The second game starts at 7:30 p.m. This game features Lindbergh High School faculty versus area all-stars—including Sunset Hills Alderman Scott Haggerty

Donations of $10 for adults and $5 for students gets you includes both games. Funds go to the victims of the New Year's Eve tornado in Sunset Hills.
