Quite a few fugitive arrests. Must be lots of those running around and none look like David Janssen. What's up with the Old Navy store -- Dec. 23 at 3 pm - drug offense, Dec. 23 at 4:28 - drunkenness. Were these Christmas shoppers? Is it somehow particular fun to get drunk or high in front of Old Navy?
