Man Charged With Purse Snatching in South County
The victim was injured during the robbery, St. Louis County police said.
A St. Louis man was charged with snatching a woman’s purse Friday at 4301 Seibert Ave. in unincorporated St. Louis County. The incident reportedly happened just east of Affton near the area of Morgan Ford and Weber roads.
Frank Moore, 23, of the 4700 block of Michigan Avenue in St. Louis, was charged Saturday with second-degree robbery and stealing a credit device.
said the victim was injured during the robbery. The victim’s purse had cash and a debit card, according to the police report.
