Man also was charged in another Affton burglary.

Two Affton men are accused of climbing through a window, awakening a woman in a house they attempted to burglarize Aug. 13.

Aaron Manley, 18, of the 9500 block of Brenda Avenue, and Devin Brower, 18, of the 5300 block of Willard Avenue in Affton, were charged Oct. 5 with first-degree attempted burglary.

St. Louis County Police said the two removed a screen from a bedroom window in the 9500 block of Brenda Avenue, just down the street from Manley’s home. Brower partially climbed inside when a woman in the bedroom woke up, according to a police report.
