Friday, March 11

Shrewsbury police arrested and issued citations to an Arkansas man on charges of marijuana possession and improper lane use on westbound Interstate 44 near Shrewsbury.

Shrewsbury police arrested a North St. Louis City resident on charges of displaying a stolen temporary license plate sticker on his vehicle and for driving with a suspended license in the 7300 block of Watson Road.

Saturday, March 12

Police made arrests in a case of domestic assault in the 8200 block of Watson Road. A boyfriend and girlfriend, both armed with knives, had gotten into a knife fight.

Sunday, March 13

Shrewsbury police responded at 7:30 a.m. to an incident of domestic assault in the parking lot of at 7202 Weil Ave. A man from South St. Louis City was arrested and issued a citation for charges of assaulting his girlfriend after a verbal argument. The man accused his girlfriend of harassing him via cell phone by calling him 23 times in less than two hours. The harassment charge was sent to the local prosecutor for his review of the situation.

A window A/C unit was reportedly stolen on March 6 in the 10200 block of Musick Road in Affton.

Monday, March 14

A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 12700 block of Old Tesson Ferry Road in Concord.

Copper roofing and a brass door were reportedly stolen on March 12 from the New St. Marcus Cemetery at 7901 Gravois Rd. in Affton.

A black 2004 Dodge Ram pickup truck with Missouri license plate number 7WJ447 was reported stolen from the Costco at 4200 Rusty Rd. in Concord.

Tuesday, March 15

A case of employee theft was caught by loss prevention at Target at 4250 Rusty Rd. in Concord. The employee had reportedly stolen cash, electronics and clothing.

A suspect was arrested on charges of second degree assault with a knife after threatening an individual in the 9700 block of Arv Ellen Drive in Affton.

Tools were reportedly stolen last month from the 9200 block of Fort Sumter Lane in Sappington.

Wednesday, March 16

Shrewsbury police arrest and cited a South City resident for stealing over $90 worth of steaks from at 7233 Watson Rd.

Tools were reportedly stolen in January from an apartment complex storage room in the 8500 block of Titchfield Court in Affton.

An elderly person was beaten earlier this month by their stepson in a case of domestic assault in the 10100 block of Hammerdale Lane in Affton.

Copper piping was reportedly stolen in February in the 9800 block of Mackenzie Road in Affton.

Two vehicles were broken into at the Wafflehouse at 5330 Lindbergh Blvd in Green Park. Car stereos, a GPS and a laptop were stolen.

Thursday, March 17

A car stereo and subwoofer were reportedly stolen on Monday in the 4600 block of Hannover in Affton.

An arrest was made in a case of assault with a piece of pipe on the 4300 block of Seibert Avenue in Affton.

An individual in the 4300 block of Debra Kay Lane reported stolen coins and jewelry worth $19,600. The items are believed to have been stolen several years ago by a housecleaning employee.
