Wow this guy from Overland isn't too bright!!! Thinks he can outsmart the cops by hiding the bags before the cops find him, but isn't smart enough to hid behind bush or something, just leaves on the overpass. Would like a little more info... was this two 1/2 ounce bags .... two 1lb bags???? Had to be big enough for the cop to see He has enough money for dope but not enough for gas.... well gas prices are rediculous!!!
