Police Respond to Domestic Disturbance, Find Stolen Firearm
Thomas O'Leary was charged with domestic assault and receiving stolen property.
Police responding to a domestic disturbance also located a stolen firearm in an Affton home Feb. 25.
Thomas O’Leary, 45, of the 9300 block of Althea Avenue in Affton, was charged Feb. 26 with third-degree domestic assault and receiving stolen property.
St. Louis County Police said O’Leary struck his girlfriend, causing visible bruising, and attempts to choke the woman. While at the home at about 6:38 p.m. Feb. 25, officers found a 30-06 Remington hat had been reported stolen.

O’Leary posted a $7,500 bond and was released from St. Louis County Justice Center Feb. 28.
