Shrewsbury Police Blotter: Taillight Grudge

Thursday, December 29
At 8:30 a.m., police responded to westbound Interstate 44 and Shrewsbury Avenue for an automobile accident. A car rear-ended a MODOT truck. Police arrested the passenger of the car, a Kirkwood man, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police investigated property damage to a vehicle at 3 p.m. The vehicle was parked at 4200 Carr Lane Court and the taillights had been broken. Police learned that a former employee was responsible for the damage and arrested the South St. Louis City man for causing the property damage.

Thursday, January 5
At 9 a.m., a Shrewsbury resident reported her driver’s license as missing from her residence at 7700 Suffolk Avenue.

A resident from the 7500 block of Weil Avenue reported that sometime overnight her license plate as stolen from her 2005 Lincoln Montego.
Police arrested two men on at 5 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of illegal narcotics after a traffic stop in the 7600 block of Murdoch Ave.
