South County Woman Tweets Threat to "Kill Someone," Charged

The woman was frustrated with St. Louis Community College at Meramec.

A 20-year-old South County woman was charged on Friday with threatening to kill someone over her frustrations with the financial aid process at St. Louis Community College at Meramec, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Kara N. Hohman used Twitter to make the threat. The charge was peace disturbance, a misdemeanor.

"If this financial aid doesn't figure itself out soon I'm going to kill someone. Going to meramec for class is bad enough," she tweeted, according to court documents.

Holman lives in the 11000 block of Patrina Court.
