An Arnold woman reportedly took her parents' 2008 Pontiac G6 July 30 without their permission. In addition to the theft, the woman damaged the overhead garage door frame as she was taking the vehicle. She is wanted on suspicion of vehicle theft and leaving the scene of an accident.

Five juveniles were arrested on suspicion of property destruction July 31 after police said they saw them taking bulbs off of a string of lights on the patio of Maggiano's Little Italy, in Richmond Heights. They were released to their parents.

Pot Grower Has Bedroom Farm

A St. Charles County teenager faces a criminal drug charge for growing marijuana in his home after the St. Charles County Drug Task Force searched his home Monday. The 17-year-old St. Charles teen was Aug. 14 with distributing a controlled substance and illegal use of drug paraphernalia. Drug Task Force detectives said they found six marijuana plants growing in the teen's bedroom and an upstairs room, along with grow lights and other cultivating material. Some of the plants were more than 5 feet tall, according to the report.

Roll of Quarters is Missing After Armed Man Enters Home

Police are looking for a man who entered a home on the Bayless Avenue in South County and confronted the homeowner. The intruder said he had a gun. The homeowner fled. When he returned, the only thing missing was $30 in quarters.

Small Change Adds Up

Someone entered the unlocked door of a home Aug. 10 in  Fenton, and stole about $1,000 in cash from the homeowner's bedroom, including $200 in nickels, $200 in dimes and about $200 in miscellaneous coins.

Airline Janitorial Crew Cleans up on Left-Behind Digital Devices

Four women who cleaned airplanes at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport face criminal charges for iPad and iPod thefts from flights in 2011. The women stole or received at least six iPads, two iPods and six ebook readers, according to court documents. At the time of the thefts, all four women worked for ABM Janitorial Services, a contractor responsible for cleaning Southwest Airline planes at Lambert.

Plenty of Sinus Relief for Man With 2,000 Pills

Police arrested a man for drug trafficking at River City Casino. Police said he was found with more than 2,000 pseudoephedrine pills, an ingredient used to make methamphetamine.

A Warson Woods woman reported the theft of several items from her home over the past several months, valued at almost $22,000. Warson Woods police are investigating several individuals who have been have been working in the house over the course of the year.
