Fast Food Restaurants Inspected in South County

See how your favorite restaurants fared on St. Louis County Department of Health inspections.

Patch examined inspection reports in Affton, Mehlville and Oakville from June 11 to June 13. Information has been compiled using publicly available data published to the website of the St. Louis County Health Department

Restaurants are rated on a scale of A to C, with A being the best. Inspectors also give a score indicating the percentage of compliance with inspection standards. 

All inspections were conducted on a routine basis unless otherwise noted.

Comments: The inspector found two boxes of gloves stored with chemical cleaner and a grey cabinet in the closet room had six inches of mustard stripes on the doors.

Comments: The compartment sink has black, mold-like substance on the caulk and the faucet handles are spinning around.

Comments: The person in charge during the inspection did not possess a valid food protection certification. There was no soap or towels at the hand sink, and employees did not have Hepatitis A vaccine documentation. The two-door refrigeration unit by the walk-in cooler was full of mold-like substance and dried colored liquids. A follow-up inspection is required.

Comments: This visit was the result of a complaint. There were missing light shield and end caps on the refrigeration tubes.

Comments: The ceiling vents need to be resealed.
