Kauffmann Appointed Shrewsbury Board President
The longest serving member returns to the post.
Board member Elmer Kauffmann was unanimously appointed as president of the Shrewsbury Board of Aldermen Tuesday night. Kauffmann is the board’s longest serving member with more than two decades of experience and has previously held the leadership post.
Kauffmann said his work schedule is flexible enough to allow him to devote the necessary time and that he is willing to make the commitment.
