Comments: Volunteers must show proof of Hepatitis A immunization.

Inspection date: Jan. 8

Comments: A walk-in cooler had been shut off; food items were thrown out and was repaired while an inspector was present. Foods that were found thawing at room temperature were placed in refrigeration units.

Garners Market, 4301 Seibert Ave.
Inspection date: Jan. 9
Grade: A (97)
Comments: An inspector recommended that loose floor tiles be replaced by July 2013; missing light shields and end caps over fresh meat case should also be provided, according to the report.
