Affton High School to Upgrade Tech by $114,581

The Affton School District Board of Education voted unanimously in May for a  "technology refresh" at Affton High School and two other Affton schools.

The high school will gain 38 new desktop computers,79 ThinkPads, and equipment such as cameras, tripods and signal boosters according to the South County Times. The upgrades at the high school will total $114,581.

Dr. Robert Dillon, the district’s new technology and information director, told the board the program would reduce the number of electronic devices that are 10 years old or older.
