Affton Mothers Revamp the Flea Market
The Affton School Mothers' Club puts on a rummage sale complete with booths, a book fair, face painting and more.
transformed into a minimarket last Saturday when the Affton School Mothers' Club hosted its rummage sale. School parents, Affton community members, teachers and school clubs all had something to contribute. Though the event was billed as a flea market, it also hosted face painting, food vending and a book fair.
More than 30 vendors attended, and many of the booths' proceeds were supporting worthy causes.
