Affton Schools Announce Make-Up Days for Last Week's Snow Closures
Two days will be added to the end of May--assuming the St. Louis area isn't hit with another snowstorm this season.
As long as St. Louis isn't hit with another winter storm before spring, Affton schools students will only need to make up two days at the end of the year.
Classes were canceled last Thursday and Friday due to a major storm; these days will be made up Friday, May 24 and Tuesday, May 28, according to the Affton School District website. The make-up days are not expected to affect the May 22 AHS graduation, which has not been re-scheduled.
"Please note that Fri., May 24 will be an early release day for Rogers Middle School and Affton High School; Tues, May 28 will be an early release day for all Affton Schools. Both dates will be exam days for AHS," according to the website.

Parent Teacher Conferences originally scheduled for last week will now take place March 26.
