Bayless Brings On New CFO

The has appointed Teresa Lange as the district’s new chief financial officer. 

Lange comes to the district with more than 20 years of experience providing administrative support to businesses in the fields of education, technology, property management and construction. She has most recently worked with Access Management Group, where she served as a consultant in the business offices of area school districts.

“I am delighted to have Teresa Lange join the Bayless School District family,” said Maureen Clancy-May, superintendent. “Her accounting experience and public school experience in recent years will surely benefit the district.”

Previously, Lange ran her own business that provided full-service accounting and administrative services to small business owners. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Mt. Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Former CFO John Stewart took a new position as the head of accounting at the Brentwood School District over the summer.
