Heart Health Education and Screening Day

"Her Heart: Every Beat Counts" is a free screening and educational event hosted by SSM St. Clare Health Center. There will be physician speakers and informational booths to educate you about heart health. Free blood pressure and body fat screenings will we provided, along with $5 cholesterol and glucose tests.

Appointments are required for screenings, register ahead of time by calling 866-776-3627
