Lindbergh Schools Board of Education President Dr. Vic Lenz was recently honored by the Missouri School Boards’ Association (MSBA) for his year of service as board president.

At the MSBA Leadership Summit on June 15, Dr. Lenz was sworn out as president and officially became 2012-13 past president of MSBA. The new president is Gerry Lee from Springfield School District.

“Serving as President of the Missouri School Boards’ Association was a tremendous honor and a rewarding experience,” Lenz said. “During the past year I was able to work with school board members and administrators from across Missouri to advocate for public education and oversee the publication of the Missouri Public Education Vision Project, a blueprint for future school improvement.”
