Mesnier Primary Students Recognized for Character

Congratulations to the kindergarteners, first and second graders recognized last month for character.

Select students at Mesnier Primary School in Affton are recognized each month for best exemplifying the school’s character traits. These students are named members of the POD Squad, which stands for People of Dignity, and attend a special celebration with Dr. Christine Powers, principal at Mesnier, where they are treated to pizza and certificates of recognition. 

The character trait for November was Respect, and the following students were named to the POD Squad:

Kindergarten: Abdusaid Abdurakhmonov, Angelina Bocos, Nicholas Clinton, Cylie Dettman, Breana Dettman, Jackson Halbauer, Irma Karahasanovic, Kaitlyn Lanemann, Sophia Levinson, Waylon Meyer, Riley Mosman Isabelle Murray, Mia Nilsen, Thomas Robison, Georgia Summers, Trey Westerholt, and Samuel Zwilling.

First Grade: Eldar Aljic, Logan Beadle, Isabella Behrle, Anthony Biondo, Bailey Boehm, Sophie Driscoll, Reagan Gravatt, Evan Hall, Abigail Kurich, Nikolas Ludwig, Dino Novalic, Jasmine Sandoval-Garcia, Celia Schaeffer, Alisa Suljevic, and Nathan Wirth.

Second Grade: Justin Abeln, Nicholas Black, Dominic Burch, Erin Chen, Lillian Donaldson, Brendan Griffin, Mahogani Jones, Nermin Jugovic, Julie Kaye, Elijah McKeown, Alexis Snyder, Carissa Sonntag, Skylar Spurgin, Elleanor Stark and Lydia Wroughton.
