Affton Grad Golden Given SEC Honor for TD Interception

Markus Golden was a junior transfer to Mizzou football.

Affton graduate Markus Golden, now a defensive lineman for Missouri, has been given a shoutout for his performance in Mizzou’s 38-23 victory over Toledo, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Golden was named the Southeastern Conference defensive lineman of the week for his performance on Saturday. He returned an interception 70 yards for a Mizzou touchdown.
