Cor Jesu volleyball looks like it’s adjusting to not having its three missing starters, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The Chargers swept Ursuline 25-21, 25-20 on Tuesday.
They’ve had difficulty staying on a roll, but it looks like they’re coming around.
"We've always had good team chemistry," senior defensive specialist Madeline Childs told the Post-Dispatch. "It's been a matter of being more comfortable on the court. Earlier when we'd play the bigger teams, we'd be super pumped and come out ready. We've learned that we have to bring that attitude to every game."
